I remember the first time I had my website audited in real time by someone and saw the navigation obstacles I had and information I didn't have. It was definitely an eye opening experience to view it from a customer's perspective. 

Now with my website updates, I consider how it's going to impact my customer's experience. My ultimate goal is to make it as easy as possible for people to connect with and purchase from me.

As a product based business, I also have to consider my customer's package opening experience. It should be memorable and worthy of sharing with others.
