Fashion Accessory Designer
Hi! I'm Tonya Cross, the visionary and accessory designer at Accented Glory. Before launching Accented Glory, I noticed that hair accessories in retail stores catered to young girls and were not natural hair friendly. This void inspired me to create a brand that offers hair accessories for adult women with natural hair.
I choose fabrics and materials that don't cause friction with kinky, coily, and curly hair and assist in maintaining healthy tresses. All of my designs are wear tested to ensure they are not only stylish but comfy. I also minimize use of adhesives and rubbers, knowing that oils used on natural hair have the potential to break down these materials; affecting the longevity of the hair accessory design.
Over the years I have expanded my line and also offer jewelry and handbag designs! Creating things by hand gives me joy and peace and I believe that positive energy is passed on to each design I create. Click portfolio to learn more about my creative process.

Small Batch Wholesale
I create "small batch" wholesale fashion accessory designs! They are great for bridal parties, girl trips/retreats, swag bags, client gifts and subscription boxes. Reach out to me via my order form if you would like me to create a special design or view my current wholesale pieces for your event or clients.
Adult Craft Kits
With this adult craft kit, you'll create a beautiful African fabric rope necklace. You will also learned about Kente Cloth colors, symbols, and meanings. Accessory Making Classes
I enjoy sharing the art of accessory making with others through my classes. We all need a creative outlet that enables us to experience the wonder of making something by hand. I also add some history about materials used to create the piece. I provide all the materials you and your group will need to create the accessory design.
